讀書筆記：未走之路 The Road Not Taken
TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
省立金耳公園露營 Golden Ears Provincial Park
省立金耳公園（或稱金穗公園），金耳名稱的由來是因為公園內的 Mount Blanshard 二個主要山峰，在冬天陽光照耀下，積雪的山頂會閃閃發光，像極了兩隻金色的耳朵。我去過很多次，都是在夏天去露營、烤肉，只見過兩隻耳朵，沒有閃閃發光。這裡適合健行、划船、烤肉、露營、騎單車。想要冒險一點的，可以騎馬（有馬專用的路），可以登山，挑戰高難度路線。可參考這裡的公園步道地圖。
最美的星空省立曼寧公園 E.C. Manning Provincial Park
省立曼寧公園位於溫哥華東方，過了 希望小鎮(Hope) 後，沿著三號公路繼續往東行，公園裡是野生動物的天堂，這裡有 260 種鳥類和 63 種哺乳類物，也是戶外活動的最佳選擇，夏日露營、登山健行、冬季滑雪。園區內擁有美麗的閃電湖 (Lightening Lake)，湖邊的露營區，夏日經常客滿，請趁早預約，預約營地按這裡。雖然八月底仍然是暑假，但是這裡晝夜溫差大，白天中午可以到二十幾度，晚上十二點卻降到零下兩度，睡袋要帶能保暖的，才不會凍著。
